Free Shipping
Aothia offers free home delivery on US orders over $30! Please ensure that you provide a valid residential or commercial address.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations, or freight forwarders.
If you need expedited shipping, please contact joanchen@aothia.com before or after your purchase. An extra shipping fee will be charged for fast shipping.
For freight safety and compliance, some products may be shipped in multiple boxes. Hence, you may receive multiple shipments.
- Processing Time: 2 business days, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Shipping Time: 4 to 10 business days, Monday to Friday.
Your order will be processed within 48 business hours. However, shipping times may vary due to holidays or other reasons. If you have a question about your product's specific delivery time, please feel free to email us at
An email with shipment details will be sent after your purchase has been handed over to the carrier.
Where do we ship to?
We currently ship our products to all 50 states in the USA. We unfortunately do not yet offer international shipping.
How soon will we deliver？
We generally ship within 48 hours of receiving an order.
How long does shipping take?
It depends what shipping method you choose at checkout.
We have three shipping methods for you to choose from:
Domestic Shipping (within the USA):
- Standard Shipping (3-8 Business Days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-4 Business Days)
- Priority Shipping (2-3 Business Day)
*Priority and Expedited are not available for post office box addresses.
