30 Day Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Manufacturer Defect

Please send detailed pictures of the defective parts to support@aohtia.com . Once we confirm the defect, we will send a new product or replacement parts free of charge.

Arrived Damaged or Missing Parts

It is necessary to open and inspect shipments upon arrival. Please take a photo of damaged parts or missing parts and send to email support@aohtia.com . We will offer a solution within 24 business hour free of charge.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyer’s Remorse

If you need to return or exchange your order, please notify us via email at support@aohtia.com within 30 days of receiving your order.  

  • aothia.com accepts an order cancellation before the product is shipped, you will get a full refund immediately.
  • If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received and inspected the item(s) back from you. After it is approved, we will process refunds within 14 business days. Please note that shipping fees for both delivery and returns will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please take careful reading for below return conditions: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, Return on Aothia's cost or Refund without hassle.

2. Non-Quality problem/DO NOT LIKE IT ANYMORE
Before apply return,please make sure the item in original packaging,unworn or unused,Then send return application and order number to Support@aothia.com , We will check and confirm back with you acception and shipping address on buyer's cost.

3. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have on seller's shipping cost, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


We will refund you within 24-48 hours after receiving the return.
